Reaching Victorians in need

Reaching out to Victorians in need

VicRelief Foodbank is Victoria's largest, independent, emergency relief resource centre. Through a distribution network of over 600 registered welfare agencies and community organisations, we provide much needed assistance to thousands of families and individuals in financial crisis or other forms of immediate social hardship. In 2007-08 VicRelief Foodbank delivered nearly $17 million in emergency aid to local communities throughout Victoria. We also provided more than $1 million in drought support and helped develop regional networks to improve the effectiveness on emergency relief agencies in rural areas.
